How Does an Automatic Cartoning Machine Work?
Automatic Box Retrieval and Opening
The device will automatically grab the folded carton, open the flattened carton, stretch it into a regular box shape, and then deliver it to the designated packaging location in an orderly manner. The entire process does not require manual opening of the box. The movements are stable, and the positions are accurate, laying a solid foundation for subsequent box loading and allowing the entire process to start smoothly.
Automatic Conveying of Products
The conveying device at the front end of the machine will arrange the products to be packaged neatly and convey them forward in an orderly manner, so that each product is in the optimal box entry position. The product is transported smoothly and without clutter, without skew or accumulation, ensuring that the product is just aligned with the box when making the next step.
Automatic Box Push
Once the product is in position, the pusher part of the machine gently pushes the product into the carton with just enough force not to scratch the product or the outer packaging. Each product can enter the box steadily and completely without jamming or going off the track.
Automatic Folding Ears and Sealing Box
After the product is put into the box, the machine will automatically fold the small ear pieces on both sides of the carton, and then put the box cover on to complete the sealing and fixing.

Automatic Discharge Conveying
